Barroth earned the title of Arch Khordat for his exceptional marksmanship, garnering the respect of many Kig-Yar treasurehawks and raiding krewes. His reputation of holding a virtually unblemished accuracy record eventually attracted the attention of the Banished. Barroth was recruited into their ranks and initiated as a Bloodstar, with the hopes of forging him into a lethal Spartan Killer;[2] Barroth himself held the same ambitions to join the Hand of Atriox.[3]
Serving within the Sclera of Chu'ot, Barroth participated in the Installation 07 conflict in 2560.[1][2] By May 28 of that year, he was responsible for the deaths of at least 271 UNSC personnel.
