The GRD doll easter egg is an easter egg that can be found in each of the Halo: Reach multiplayer levels of the Anniversary Map Pack included in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. These dolls are roughly the same size of the teddy bear seen in the campaign level Exodus, with the GRD helmet on their head. They are required to be knocked down from wherever they are located to be seen clearly in gameplay.

* The helmet was at one point a helmet rumored to be in Halo: Reach unlocked through a specific event, having been seen in screenshots of the upcoming Defiant Map Pack being worn by players and even seen in the armory of a Bungie employee on Bungie Day, but the rumors were apparently false. Trivia

 • The helmet was at one point a helmet rumored to be in Halo: Reach unlocked through a specific event, having been seen in screenshots of the upcoming Defiant Map Pack being worn by players and even seen in the armory of a Bungie employee on Bungie Day, but the rumors were apparently false. However, Recon armor for Halo 3 was not unlocked to the public until 2010, three years after Halo 3 came out. Not to mention that while all the map packs have been released, the next title update for Halo: Reach is yet to be released.
 • When meleed, they give off the sound of a squeaky toy often used in teddy bears when they are squeezed or hugged.
