Special Weapons And Tactics, also known as (SWAT), are specialized units in UNSC law-enforcement agencies which are trained to perform dangerous and high-risk operations. Known Departments
The only known SWAT department is the SWAT department on Harvest, of which Jerald Mulkey Ander was a Major in.[2]
