Republic of Kenya's flag.
The Republic of Kenya is a country in Eastern Africa. It is bordered by Ethiopia to the north, Somalia to the northeast, Tanzania to the south, Uganda to the west, and Sudan to the northwest, with the Indian Ocean running along the southeast border. It is a part of the East African Protectorate.

Kenya was probably the first place the Forerunners visited on Earth. One of the first Humans ever to see the Forerunners, was a Kenyan village elder named N'chala. There, the Forerunners built The Artifact, which leads to Installation 00 outside of the Milky Way galaxy.
