Checkpoint 8 is a highway section on the Tsavo Highway in Kenya, Africa. It is located approximately 31 kilometers from Voi near Mashoti hill and 134 kilometers from Arusha, Tanzania.[1]
Trivia[edit]
This is most likely an Easter egg or a joke by Bungie, as it is located right as the player hits the eighth checkpoint on the level Tsavo Highway.
