Victor 398 was a UNSC Pelican dropship. In 2552, it crashed in a valley. Its crew barely survived the impact. The valley the Pelican crashed in which was the Halo 3 multiplayer level, Valhalla. This version of the UNSC Pelican features a rear hatch denying access to the bird's interior to players.
