Template:Ship The M12 Warthog Armored Personnel Carrier is a United Rebel Front ground vehicle.
It is an uncommon variant of the standard M12 Warthog LRV, but with a passenger section capable of holding ten passengers bolted between the driver section and the gunner section.
And it was more or less a warthog cut in two with a armored compartment added between the two ends in a similar fashion to a stretch limo.
The passenger section is not well armored, being vulnerable to small arm AP fire and appears to have a roof with a sliding section on it, similar to a sun roof, perhaps for quick loading and covering it's loads.[1]
Trivia
- One was seen in use by the United Rebel Front on the planet Victoria in the 111 Tauri System by the SPARTAN-IIs of Blue Team in a field mission.[2]
- Contrary to popular belief, it is not the transport warthog seen in early Halo 2 renders or the Halo 3 E3 vid. That is the M831 TT warthog.
