UNSC Agincourt was a destroyer that served in the UNSC Navy during the Human-Covenant War. The ship was most famously involved, and destroyed, in the Battle of Psi Serpentis - during which it was assigned as part of Battle Group India.that was assigned to Battle Group India in 2543.[1]

Service history

On April 18, 2543, Agincourt was one of the many ships to take part in the infamous Battle of Psi Serpentis - one of the largest naval battles of the Human-Covenant War. During the battle the Agincourt charged headlong into the plasma fired by the opposing Covenant fleet, sacrificing itself to save her sister ships. It was destroyed during the battle along with seventy other ships from the battlegroup.[1]

Trivia

The vessel is likely named for the Battle of Agincourt, a battle between the English and French during the Hundred Years' war.
