The Ministry of Sanitation was a ministerial body of the Covenant concerned with conditions relating to public health, especially the provisions of clean drinking water and adequate sewage disposal. Prior to the empire's dissolution, the Unggoy known as Yapyap was a sub-sub-sub Deacon in this ministry.[1]
