This unidentified weapon is a shoulder-mounted munition used by Sangheili. It was used by members of the Swords of Sanghelios during the Siege at Kolaar at the outset of the Blooding Years in March 2553. It is similar in appearance to various iterations of the fuel rod gun.[1]
