History
Postwar
In 2559 during the Created uprising, the Concert of Worlds was proposed at the High Gathering by Arbiter Thel 'Vadam to the numerous Sangheili officials who were present. These officials couldn't come to any agreement and largely rejected the proposal. Instead, a number of them viewed the Created as a better alternative in terms of security. After the meeting, 'Vadam doubted that Cortana would have allowed the Concert of Worlds to act as a security alliance.[1]
