The BLACK WIDOW communications satellite is a type of mobile satellite carried by UNSC prowlers to establish a makeshift communications array in contested territory, facilitating unit coordination and communication for a UNSC battle group. The size of a basketball and designed for stealth, BLACK WIDOWs can be deployed easily, used to transfer electronic data, including text files, audio files, and potentially an AI.
