The D78-TC Pelican, formally known as the Dropship 78-Troop Carrier is a model of Pelican dropship created after the Human-Covenant War.[2]
Overview[edit]
The D78 has improved avionics and new thrusters.[2] It has less armor and weaponry than the later D79-TC Pelican.[1]
