Gameplay
Halo Infinite
Before the drop pods land, they shine a red light on the ground. Soon after the occupant leaves the drop pod, it overloads like a heavily damaged vehicle, and then explodes.[1] Drop pods can transport Brutes, Elites, Hunters, Jackals or Grunts of any rank.[2]
While the drop pod explodes when used to deploy enemies, intact pods can be found across the surface of the ring as non-destructible scenery.[2]
