The unidentified drop pod is an unidentified design pattern of insertion pod utilised by the Covenant.[1]
Overview[edit]
Design details[edit]
The drop pod's overall silhouette resembles the Kalu'teh-pattern Breaching Carapace and the Gloto-pattern Breaching Carapace; its occupant space also holds a circular light.[1]
In-game information[edit]
Halo Infinite[edit]
The drop pod is available for use in the Forge mode in Halo Infinite. It was one of the 70+ Covenant-themed items added in Content Update 29 in January 2024.[2] There are three Forge objects based on the drop pod; a closed drop pod, the drop pod with its door detached, and the detached door by itself.[1]
Production notes[edit]
The drop pod was modelled by environment artist Kaiden Mae.[3]
