User/bmorad was a publicly available UNSC encryption key.[1] It was used in conjunction with encryption key Gamma to encrypt and decrypt the file "PLNB Transmission XX219C-XX", sent from Codename: FIXER to Codename: SURGEON in 2556.[1]
