Phobos is one of two natural satellites of the Sol system planet Mars.[1] Phobos is the location of a penal colony.[2]
History[edit]
At some prior to 2530, the Phobos penal colony was established. Admiral Preston Cole personally threatened to send Sergeant John Forge to it after a drunken attack on a superior officer.[3]
