The People's Occupation Government was a secessionist organization active on Harvest in 2502. Jerald Mulkey Ander, the leader of the Secessionist Union, was said to have ties to People's Occupation Government, as well as Harvest for Harvesters.[1]

- The People's Occupation Government may be related to the similarly named Insurrectionist group People's Occupation introduced in Halo: Reach, perhaps being a self-proclaimed governing body established by People's Occupation.
- According to the Halo Encyclopedia (2009 edition), the People's Occupation Government is merely another name for the Secessionist Union; Halopedia ignores this claim for reasons outlined here.
