A cooling manifold is a piece of technology found on the bridge of a Banished dreadnought. Its main function is to prevent the ship's engines from overloading.

History

On May 28, 2560, Master Chief John-117, while aboard the Ghost of Gbraakon, destroyed two cooling manifolds, then fired the ship's engines, causing an overload. He then escaped the dreadnought before the chain reaction completely destroyed the ship.[1]
