Arthoc was a Jiralhanae Captain in service of the Banished. Arthoc was present on Installation 07 in early 2560 where he was killed by John-117.[1]
Biography
During the Human-Covenant War, Arthoc served under Korth the Wrender in the Brothers of Unending Ire for the better part of a decade.
