- June 4: According to Preston Cole, he was on watch at Shadow Perimeter 3 around Mare Nubium with Parkins, Haverton, and Tasov.[6]
- June 7: Preston Cole appears before the Board of Inquiry at Luna OCS Academy to testify about a series of incidents involving the impregnation of Admiral Konrad Volkov's daughter Inna Volkov.[6]
- June 9: Colonel Lima drops his charges of contempt and obstructing the tribunal's investigation against Cole, who is cleared of any wrongdoing.[6]
- June 13: UNSC-JAG ORD: 8-PD-3861 is used to seal the file of Cole's testimony to the Board of Inquiry.[6]

- A very large rebellion occurs on the colony world Far Isle, with the UNSC unable to control it. A Code: Bandersnatch is thus declared, nuclear weapons being used to put down the rebellion.[7]
- The Covenant stumbles upon Doisac, the Jiralhanae homeworld. The Jiralhanae were just beginning to recover after warring themselves back into a pre-industrial state during the First Immolation, and were quickly forced into submission by the Covenant's superior forces, making them the final species absorbed into the alliance.[8]
