Trivia
- The novel's title makes reference to the Prophet of Mercy's quote on Halo 2 when he describes Installation 05 and how it will begin the Covenant's Great Journey.
- It's revealed that Intrepid Eye, whose fate has been unknown since Halo: Retribution, survived the six years between Halo: Retribution and Halo: Divine Wind. She is finally destroyed by the UNSC Spirit of Fire.
