The Ministry of Discovery was a ministry of the Covenant that researched and attempted to replicate Forerunner technology.[1]
History
In the early stages of the Human-Covenant War, the Ministry of Discovery was still unable to understand or replicate the intricacies of Luminal Beacons.[1] In the final year of the Covenant War, as the Great Schism broke out, the Minister of Discovery was killed during the Flood's invasion of High Charity.[2]
