Meddling and Madness
Meddling and Madness is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is awarded by finding the Data Pad 13 on Tip of the Spear on Legendary difficulty in Halo: Reach, located next to a damaged Warthog on a destroyed elevated road after the BXR mining facility.
