Never Forget (Midnight Version) is the nineteenth track on Volume 2 of the Halo 4: Original Soundtrack. It is a reinterpretation of Never Forget from the Halo 3: Original Soundtrack, which itself is based on Unforgotten from the Volume 2 of the Halo 2: Original Soundtrack. The track itself was composed by Kazuma Jinnouchi, while Martin O'Donnell and Michael Salvatori are merely credited as the original composers.[1]
Appearances
This soundtrack can be heard:
- In the Epilogue of Halo 4, when Thomas Lasky tells John-117 that "soldiers aren't machines", a statement that reminded John of Cortana.
- In the beginning of the Halo 4 credits.
