Suicide Unggoy are Unggoy who have plasma-ignited methane tank on their harness for the sole purpose of igniting them near opposing forces and buildings.[1]
History
The Covenant made use of these Unngoy during the Human-Covenant War, though they were primary used during the Harvest campaign, the Battle of Arcadia, and Battle of Shield World 0459. According to his Target Profile, before his death Ripa 'Moramee frequently used Unggoy in this role.[1]
In service to the Banished, these Unggoy are truly aggressive and violent due to a lack of Covenant oversight and environmental hazards of their homeworld Balaho. This lead the Banished to adapt indoctrination protocols to turn these Unggoy into legions of suicide squads, primarly used during the Battle of Installation 00 in 2559.[2]
