Rhu 'Vrath was a Sangheili in service with Jul 'Mdama's Covenant. In 2558, Rhu joined the Swords of Sanghelios to carry out an assassination on the Arbiter. However after seeing the Mark of Shame on the Arbiter's chest, Rhu himself felt shame and questioned his orders, realizing there was more to the Arbiter than he thought.[1]
