Template:Character Infobox Commander Thomas J. Lasky is a human senior officer of the UNSC Navy who served throughout the Human-Covenant War and in the post war years.[1]

Biography

Lasky was born on Mars. In 2526, like his older brother Cadmon before him, Lasky was admitted as an officer cadet to the Corbulo Academy of Military Science, an elite school for prospective officers from prestigious backgrounds. His mother was a Colonel at this time. [2] A member of Hastati Squad, Class of 2529, Lasky was shunned by many of his fellow cadets due to him repeatedly disobeying orders and having a tolerant view of the Insurrectionists. Cadets and staff alike felt that he could not live up to the reputation of Cadmon, who had entered the ODSTs after graduation.

When the Academy was attacked by the Covenant in 2526, Lasky met Spartan John-117 when he, Kelly-087, Frederic-104 and teams of Marine Orbital Drop Shock Troopers arrived to reinforce the academy's defenses.[3]

He would later serve as the UNSC Infinity's executive officer[4] during its journey within Requiem in 2557, where he was reunited with the Spartan.[5]

Production notes

Lasky is the main protagonist in Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn and is primarily portrayed by Australian actor Tom Green. An older Lasky was seen following the end titles for the premiere trailer, though no confirmation has been given as to who this actor may be.
