You know, a lot of your questions aren't related to changes to the article. More like "I wonder why" questions that should be forum topics. Talk pages are usually reserved for changes to the article, not speculation or wonder. If you want, you can travel to the Halo 4 forum. It's quite an active forum at the moment.
