This unidentified Marsman was a human from Mars who led a failed habitat-ship project in the 22nd century.[1]
Biography[edit]
Failed businessman[edit]
At some point in the 22nd century, this man lead a habitat-ship project in which funding was secured from future passengers of the vessel. However, he realized he could not deliver on his promises. Fleeing Mars, he took the funds and travelled to Earth, where he decided to hide among the Khabnathwa people in the Amazon rainforest of South America. Here, the man lived in an off-the-grid mansion and convinced the Khabnathwa people that he was their god-king. Ultimately, he was discovered living among this people and presumably taken into custody, though the damage to the Khabnathwa culture had already been done; the last remaining uncontacted culture in South America had been destroyed.[1]
Legacy[edit]
By the 26th century, the history of this man's destruction of the Khabnathwa culture is taught as part of Earth history courses. During a mission to Netherop, Spartan-IV Olympia Vale and xenoarchaelogist likened the Precursors living amongst the original inhabitants of the planet to the Marsman living with the Khabnathwa people.[1]
