Trevor is a student at a college in Boston. He lives in a horrendously cheap apartment he can barely afford. He tried to start a disposable chatter business with fellow student Rani Sobeck, using a printer fabricator to produce chatters shaped like little purple kittens.[1] However, he had purchased the wrong model because of a misleading salesperson.[2]
Rani, whose uncle owned a printer fabricator store, made a few alterations to the device.[2] The printer fabricator managed to produce 49 items before exploding. When Rani learned that she wouldn't get paid until the chatters got sold,[3] she took 14 and left.[4]
