Talk:Yanme'e Queen

Can this really be called a stub seeing as this is about all we have on them? D1134 22:10, 28 February 2009 (UTC)

I agree, stub isn't needed. HighDEFINITION 22:14, 28 February 2009 (UTC)

Okay, I'm about to fix a common misconception, hive Queens do not actually lead the hives, although it is probable that the Yanme'e queen is the leader of a hive, ants and other eusocial (hive-based) insects are not led by a queen, they all work as one organism, no leaders and no servants. --86.139.68.16 22:05, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

Let's also remember that in this more intelligent society, the queens are more worshipped than normal because because they produce members of the race, so without them, they are hopeless. also in high charity, a place for elite members of the covenent, there was yanme'e queen who stood with the wealthy and powerful among the crowd when the three hierarch's were being sworn in. Multiplicity?[edit]

Why would it be assumed that the Queen can not produce all of the drones in the series? A Queen is eternally pregnant and constantly birthing. This would be more than enough to supply 20x as many drones through out the war in a single year. Dragonblaze-052 02:33, September 13, 2010 (UTC)
