Wait, I thought that Halsey's brain had been cloned, not Halsey herself. Granted, she has 75 counts of violating the Dictata in 2517, but that's another story. -- 00:14, 10 April 2011 (EDT)

Halsey's personal journal states that rather than flash-cloning just her brain, she cloned herself entirely using the mothballed equipment from the Spartan-II cloning, but she focused on brain development at the cost of the rest of their bodies.
