Isn't this an orbital facility? -Japeth555

I actually got the impression they were on the surface, though I don't think it's made explicitly clear. The time/place stamp doesn't identify an orbital installation, only "Liberty District"— which sounds more like a planetside location to me. Not to mention Veta mentions being "on" Neos Atlantis. They do use an airlock to get rid of Hume's body, but given the presence of a cryovolcano one would assume the planet doesn't have a hospitable atmosphere anyway. --Jugus (talk) 13:08, 4 October 2016 (EDT)

Still, it doesn't conclusively state if the recreational facilities themselves are also on those orbital installations, just that they serve those installations' personnel. To be fair, there would be little reason to construct them on the surface so it may be safest to assume they're in orbit as well. --Jugus (talk) 13:23, 4 October 2016 (EDT)
Both the bar and hotel have views of a cryovolcano, Theran Crown, I got the impression it was on the surface. Col. Snipes450 15:07, 4 October 2016 (EDT)

Thanks Japeth, you should add the atmosphere's toxic on Neos Atlantis. Col. Snipes450 20:31, 4 October 2016 (EDT)
