Name

I don't remember the entirety of Spartan Assault, but do we know for sure that they literally call themselves "Covenant"? There is Roland's mention of "a splinter group of Covenant" in the intro, but that's not really saying much; they could all themselves anything. In light of this, I think we should go back to "Merg Vol's Covenant faction" as the article title to preserve the ambiguity as to their actual name. --Jugus (talk) 01:49, 27 August 2017 (EDT)

For what it's worth, I think the original move from "Jul 'Mdama's Covenant faction" to just "Jul 'Mdama's Covenant" was just to shorten the title, which then occurred with this article as per this discussion. Additionally, Spartan Assault does refer to Merg's faction as "the Covenant". Obviously this is just a simple descriptor, but if the faction actually had some unique name (like Keepers of the One Freedom) then I would expect that the name would have actually been used given that Spartan Assault is technically an in-universe history lesson. --NightHammer^{(talk)(contribs)} 02:19, 27 August 2017 (EDT)
