Seeing that there is a widespread of internet references in Halo Anniversary, might I suggest create one hub article that documents these references, either "List of internet references" or "List of internet references in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary"? We could define what is meant by "internet reference" in the hub article to narrow it down if needed.— subtank 16:10, 27 November 2011 (EST)

Support.svg Support - Such an idea might make an interesting and productive article. There are already a few references to them within the series. Even developers such as Bungie and 343 Industries have made references to them within weekly updates. So I guess they are notable enough to warrant an article documenting references to them within the Halo series. I believe such an article should be titled "List of references to Internet memes within the Halo series". A meme is the best way to describe internet culture because a meme is defined as:
"A unit of cultural information, such as a cultural practice or idea, that is transmitted verbally or by repeated action from one mind to another."
It is also the most common word to describe internet culture. So I thoroughly support your proposition.--Brute Honour Guard File:Bruteface.png|20px]] ("Talk") 16:32, 27 November 2011 (EST)
