Unidentified SMG?

Rumors cancelled

There is rumors that this game is being cancelled. While I usually dont trust rumors. I felt it was wise to mention. Seeing as we spreadout the canon for this game. The rumor started from a Russian gaming site that is apparently considered clickbaity and unreliable among Russians, and the website itself even marked it as a rumor. Project Dewrito/Anvil online

Halo Online has unofficially become Halo: Anvil Online, after much trouble. I've found this communiqué. Everyone read it. They say the game is still under development, but with a new internal team who will remain more silent on the project until it's actually become better. I'd say we should wait before making important changes. But the Halo Online article certainly needs some upates. Imrane-117 (talk) 19:20, 23 May 2016 (EDT)

Don't mistake ElDorito/Dewrito or Anvil Online for the "real" Halo: Online. Those teams are not affilated with Innova or Microsoft, and they modify the game without their approval. PatrickRus (talk) 19:27, 23 May 2016 (EDT)

Merge

For all we know, the game is scrapped as it is, and might be revived as a whole new thing or cancelled altogether. I think armor and weapon variants Halo Online's developers made up should be "questionable" and treated close to non-canon, and for that reason remove mentioning of those armors and weapons from the main pages of those.PatrickRus (talk) 18:00, 24 August 2016 (EDT)

ElDewrito (again)

Just noticed the section on the page about Eldewrito and the mod manager. Given the previous decision that was made (back in 2016) to exclude ElDewrito from the page (especially relevant given MS and 343 shutting the project down), should this section be removed? Especially given that it reads more like an advertisement in some places, and talks about where to find links for download that MS would rather people not have. Just a thought. Headphones images
