So you can only get this medal in 4v4 matches? Seems a little strange.

Not true... you can get a killtacular extermination in 5v5 or a bigger medal in big team if you do it quickly. Theres a guy that got a killionaire extermination in BTB his names Blackcardd

I remember getting this medal using a Gauss Warthog in Sandtrap. I believe it was a squad battle with heavy vehicles. Learner4 20:42, May 15, 2010 (UTC)
