I'm pretty sure this article misses the point of what it's supposed to be about. "Emergency military" mentioned in the Bestiarum refers to the fact the UNSC serves as humanity's emergency military government, not an emergency military organization, hence the fact it's mentioned under the "government" field. Even though the UNSC was formed in a time of crisis, it has since become a mainstay military force. "Emergency military", in this case, means that the UNSC has gained control of humanity's primary governing bodies, the UEG and the CAA, during an emergency situation, i.e. the Human-Covenant War. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 08:22, August 23, 2010 (UTC)
