Map Pack for Halo 3

Do you think Bungie will be releasing a MP for H3? I sure hope they do. Because i was quite disappionted when a finally got my hands on Halo 3, put the holy disc into the Xbox, watch the AWESOME game load onto my screen, herd the familiar choir of the Halo games, went into custom game while thinking: I wonder what name the've thought up for Blood Gulch/Coagulation. The name would have to be related to Blood like the previous names (Blood gulch and Coagulation: roughly meaning Blood Clot. Both these names i think refer to a large collection of blood, like after a battle)When it finally dawned on me that there was no Coag' level and instead had Valhalla which nowhere near matches up to the mighty Levels it tried to replace. EVERYONE loved Coag'! On a lazy day wondering what to do on Halo the first thing you went to was COAG' What should we do? was only asked after playing Coag' for hours! Coagulation and Blood Gulch were the base levels! the other levels were only played after Coag' or the Gulch!

Bungie's name tradition for Map Packs in Halo 3 could imply that #3 will be called "Mythic". However, i recommend we remove "Cold Storage" from the list of maps in the Third Map Pack, as Luke refrenced a B.net user being incorrect in a statement that CS would be in the next Map Pack. I could be wrong though, but i don't think we should give people the wrong intention, or create a double standard.

I agree with the removal of Cold Storage from the list, because at the very least, it has not been confirmed to be apart of the upcoming map pack, just that it has been confirmed to be in development. There is nothing that states it has been confirmed to be apart of the next map pack.XRoadToDawnX 21:28, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

Mythic?

When I search Mythic map pack it takes me to this page. Should Mythic map pack have its own page? All the others do. Omar-065

I strongly disagree that it will only come out in January... by then Halo's popularity will be too low. These are not the Halo 2 days when it's the only awesome game on the market.

Also a new page SHOULD be created, perhaps I will make one.

Name Change to DLC

Considering the updates for Halo 5 aren't marketed as "map packs" but rather content updates, I was wondering if just DLC or Downloadable Content would be a better name for the page. DLC currently links here but Map Pack doesn't really describe all of the content here; for example, the Hog Wild Update includes no maps.
