Name?

Could Charlie-Alpha Alpha (CAA) be an abbreviation of Colonial Administration Authority? Would a Reach local office be in charge of a civilian evac transport? They already have the DCS within their organization...just a thought. - ScaleMaster117 (talk) 19:04, 2 August 2013 (EDT)

It would make sense, though the dialog appears to suggest that Charlie Alpha Alpha is one specific transport craft.
