Name

He's refered to as "Sub-Commander Kusovai" and 'Vadumee says, "Kusovai is our best in sword combat." I'm inclined to think Kusovai is his name rather than a rank. --Dragonclaws 07:51, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

Isn't possible that his name is for his mastery of sword, along the lines of rank or belts in Karate,Taekwondo,ect. -- MCDBBlits 09:08, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Could it be that his name is actually 'Kusov, with -ai as a swordmaster's suffix? So far we know of two Sangheili, him and Toha 'Sumai, both of whom are described as expert swordsmen. Both have their names ending with -ai. Perhaps -ee is the common military suffix given in Covenant culture, while -ai is given by Sangheili themselves (maybe through going to the Yermo war college and getting a swordsmastery qualification?) 118.100.5.92 08:42, 21 November 2008 (UTC)

Quotes

This is an issue with all the Characters pages with quotes. Why do people put quotes that don't matter? Like this one.

— Kusovai. Quotes are suppose to be memorable words of awesomeness, not two words that are answeing someones question. Lets get rid of all the non-worthy quotes. -Omar-065
