Talk:Antimatter
From Halopedia, the Halo wiki
Untitled[edit]
i thought i saw a few errors "The world's largest scientific research facility--Switzerland's Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire (CERN)-- recently succeeded in producing the first particles of antimatter" i believe antimatter has been created before, hospitals use matters that decays through beta-decay to release gamma rays so they can see inside a body. have also been creating anti-hydrogen and anti-protonic helium for a while now i believe...
"Antimatter creates no pollution or radiation" actually all the energy it releases is radiation...
"However, antimatter is highly unstable. It ignites when it comes in contact with absolutely anything...even air." antimatter is just as stable as regular matter, and it doesent "ignite" on contact with regular matter, it annihilates.
"A single gram of antimatter contains the energy of a 20-kiloton nuclear bomb--the size of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima" i thought anti-matter would be far more powerful... check your sources please Crubs 02:25, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
