Check the video and skip to 2:43 or so. The Achievement is unlocked then. It was unlocked after the player scored a headshot with the DMR, so that could mean either...

A.) Get X Headshots with a DMR

B.) Get X Kills with a DMR

C.) Get X Headshots

It's already confirmed, kill 10 enemies in either Firefight or Campaign with the DMR. I don't think it has to be headshots. BTW, what video were you talking about? Gruntpocalypse?
