There's some gray areas within the community that I think could benefit from having pages here. Im just wondering how one goes about creating an entry then submitting it for approval, Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Tho clarify, say something is in game but lacks anything outside its appearance, such as the Halo 3 Hornet pilot helmet. What creative liberties are we allowed, if any, to make them have a somewhat base within lore for the sake of the community?
