Well I may possibly be the worst template programer ever, but I may be able to offer a possibility on how to fix it. Instead of using the : thing to move the stub template to the middle of the page, you may be able to use additional coding to set the template to center. If it stays at the top of the page, then theoretically the template should work again without any problems.
