Saul was a member of the Venezian militia.

Biography

In April of 2553, Vasily Beloi and Malcolm Geffen were abducted by the Venezian militia and taken to the Stuttgart armory when they were suspected of being spies. Staffan Sentzke later left the armory with Vaz and left Saul to watch over Mal after he had severely bitten Gareth. Saul, referred by Mal as Tactical Vest because he wore a CMA tactical vest, took Mal to use the lavatory and told him to wash the blood off his face. He then escorted Mal back to his cell and informed him they would later be moving.

While sitting in the room with Mal, Saul heard noises and saw the ceiling above them bulge. Spartan Naomi-010 then crashed through the roof of the armory and immediately shot Saul in the chest and head. She extracted Mal from the armory by utilizing her S-9 SOLA jetpack. Saul's body was later found by Nairn, who quickly alerted Sentzke about Mal's escape.
