Revenant was a Covenant frigate. It was attached to the Second Fleet of Homogeneous Clarity as a vanguard vessel of High Charity.[2]
Background[edit]
During the Battle of Installation 05, the Revenant was one of the many recently Jiralhanae occupied ships that began attacking Sangheili-controlled ships as the Great Schism began. The Revenant followed Jiralhanae Chieftain Gargantum's frigate, Twilight Compunction to attack the Sangheili held cruiser Incorruptible.
It followed the Incorruptible into deep space, but the appearance of the Bloodied Spirit under control of the SPARTAN-IIs was enough of a distraction for the Incorruptible to destroy the Revenant with an Energy Projector.
Trivia[edit]
The definition of a Revenant is "a visible ghost or animated corpse that is believed to return from the grave to terrorize the living."
