Packet Monkeys are destructive hackers who assault the computer systems of high-visibility organizations in a bid for attention. Packet Monkeys are enough of an issue that Janissary James was able to use the threat as an excuse for Kamal Zaman to briefly hack the firewall of Chawla Base to download a copy of Durga, under the pretense of increasing security.
