Mark Donaldson Way

Mark Donaldson Way is a road in Sydney, Australia. Sydney Harbour could be seen from a walkway that spanned the road.[1]
History[edit]
When the city was attacked by the Covenant in late 2552, the street was damaged with a crater forming and a pedestrian walkway over the road being severely damaged.[1]
After the Human-Covenant War in 2553, Vaz Beloi and Malcolm Geffen watched the raising of the Australian flag in the Harbour from a destroyed walkway before crossing a workman gantry.[1]
Trivia[edit]
This road is likely named in commemoration of Australian soldier Mark Donaldson, recipient of the Victoria Cross for Australia in 2009.
